Our Inclusion Vision

We build each other up by creating a school where differences are understood, respected, and celebrated. We believe that every child has strengths, potential, and a meaningful contribution to make. Through strong partnerships with families, pupils, and professionals, we create an environment where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.

We forge pathways by refusing to accept barriers to learning, participation, or achievement as fixed. Instead, we work together to identify, understand, and remove those barriers, adapting our teaching, curriculum, and provision so that every learner can achieve meaningful success. We are committed to helping every child develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and resilience they need to flourish both in school and beyond.

We are determined to serve all by ensuring that inclusion is everyone's responsibility and is reflected in every decision we make. We create a school that adapts to learners, rather than expecting learners to adapt to the school. We hold high expectations for every child while providing the support, understanding, and opportunities needed for them to flourish.
